The money is usually credited to your account immediately, but depending on the bank's payment processing procedures, it can take up to 3 business days.
If you haven't received the payment within the specified timeframe, please check if your account information is correct. If everything is in order, contact our customer support service at dpays@swedbank.lv so we can assist you in resolving this issue.
To register on the dPays platform, visit the website www.dpays.eu and click on "Register". Then, choose your preferred registration method and enter the required information - your first name, last name, and bank account number.
After returning bottles, glasses, or dishes at our partner events, select the account to receive the money and show your QR code, which can be found on your profile page. The vendor will scan the QR code and transfer the money to the specified bank account.
