The money is usually credited to your account immediately, but depending on the bank's payment processing procedures, it can take up to 3 business days.
No, you can also add another person's account, such as a child's account, by manually entering the account number and name.
If you haven't received the payment within the specified timeframe, please check if your account information is correct. If everything is in order, contact our customer support service at dpays@swedbank.lv so we can assist you in resolving this issue.
You can delete your data by logging into your dPays profile and selecting "Delete profile". The data will be deleted in accordance with Swedbank's data protection policies.
If you are unable to complete the registration, make sure the data is entered correctly. Also, ensure that your bank account number is not closed and is active. If needed, please contact the support team at dPays@swedbank.lv.
Where can I use dPays? Currently, you can find the list of available deposit partners on the www.dpays.eu website under the "Partners" section, as well as by following the information at events!

We process users' personal data in accordance with Swedbank's Personal Data Processing Principles. The data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties, except when necessary for payment processing.
After returning bottles, glasses, or dishes at our partner events, select the account to receive the money and show your QR code, which can be found on your profile page. The vendor will scan the QR code and transfer the money to the specified bank account.
